A number of years ago, Ray was asked to take over the territory of one of the senior business coaches in one of the major Australian business consultancy firms. His response back to them was ‘I haven’t been in the trenches long enough to do it properly’.

Having been in business since April 2000, primarily working in the finance sector, Ray understands what it is to run your own show. Having to perform roles in marketing, selling, client care, administration, cash flow and the million other things that are part of a growing business, Ray has experienced the challenge first hand. Through this process, he has always had a business coach working with him and now wants to offer this service back to others out of the life experience he has had in business himself.

The coaching program that Ray conducts is for minimum period of six months and will take you through the various stages of business building and management with a solid emphasis on creating strong cash flows to enable you to build your asset and business base over time. About Ray

Ray's own story is nothing less than inspirational. Obtaining 11% for math in year ten, musician by trade and growing up and working in the church for much of his earlier life, Ray began his wealth building in his mid thirties. Being new to business (and thinking he knew what he was doing), losing everything and going backwards for a number of years, he managed to get $12,000 into the bank to pay taxes for the following year. With those initial funds (that he essentially borrowed short term) he turned it into over 3 million dollars worth of property and business interests within the next few years.

Ray's journey has been marked by a commitment to grow himself personally as he grows his wealth – congruent wealth building as he calls it. An avid reader, always being mentored by others in areas of health, spirituality, business and wealth, he is a firm believer that the best way to grow your wealth is to do it in line with who you are as a total person.

Ray's greatest areas of success are those of business, property and a great family life. He runs a consulting and finance company that is focused on delivering exceptional Home Loans and assisting people to get ahead financially in the process of buying and financing properties. He mentors and coaches individuals and business owners, runs workshops on the topic of wealth creation, speaks to audiences regularly and is also involved in accommodation services and small property developments.
